With a Master of Social Work (MSW) and a Clinical Specialization from the University of Calgary, I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience in the mental health field. I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults, helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including anger management, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, first responder challenges, peer struggles, and trauma. I have also served as a clinical supervisor for a complex needs mental health team, further strengthening her expertise in providing compassionate and effective care.
