I love to work with adult individuals who are seeking growth and healing in their personal, social and professional lives. I help clients gain insight and heal by understanding their emotions and leaning into their values and strengths. I also work with adult couples who are experiencing issues such as conflict, parenting, intimacy challenges, and breaches of trust. Couples can alleviate their distress by understanding and conveying their emotions and needs more clearly so that they can feel closer and more loved. My role is to serve as your bridge to understanding and connection.
