I offer EMDR (with an attachment lens) Internal Family Systems informed, CBT and DBT trauma focused psychotherapy for anyone (including first responders and health care workers) affected by work stress, relationship stress/trauma, loss, separation, parenting challenges, or major life changes. My style is warm, down to earth, and collaborative. I work with people navigating divorce, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, panic, addiction, and trauma who want a safe space to feel understood and supported.
