It is my hope that I can join you on your journey of healing and support you along the way. I am a proud Indigenous woman and am passionate about helping individuals navigate the impacts of intergenerational trauma and support them throughout their healing journey. My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. My goal is to create a welcoming space where individuals can feel safe, supported, and empowered to embrace their healthiest, most authentic selves.
