With specialized training in the areas of trauma, anxiety disorders, and family systems I actively address the underlying issues and focus on developing awareness to enhance increased skill and confidence. Combining Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my approach, I focus on challenging negative thought patterns while assisting clients as they increase mindful awareness and acceptance. My approach is collaborative with the intention of illuminating my client's internal resources while uncovering the fear and anxiety that keeps them from living life with meaning.
