Work with me at Sip & Psych as someone who operates outside the "norm" of what is expected in our sessions. Many of my clients describe themselves as being misunderstood or hold fear of judgement & are tired of having to repeat their story over & over. I know how helpful it can be to speak with someone who understands your lived experience without needing to explain the basics. With over 15 years in the mental health field the work we do together extends past the basic homework sheets, into deep exploration, no quick fixes, with a focus on being supported, heard, and celebrated for who you are.
