I have a creative approach with my clients, and find it most important to work in collaboration with them, as a team. Together we will find ways to laugh, even at the hardest things. This is all possible if compassion and respect, are at the foundation of every aspect of our interactions. The solutions will come, if a relationship between us can be formed and nurtured. I value my clients input and feedback and appreciate when they challenge me. I tend to bring my own lived experience into every session, to make my clients feel comfortable and know they are not alone. I too have overcome trauma and my own emotional challenges.
