Does it seem like nothing ever goes your way, and it’s hard to know where to turn? I get it — I’ve been in that place a few times, too. Whether you’re coping with a relationship ending, the stress of being a young adult, or midlife changes, it’s discouraging that life doesn’t always go as planned. I enjoy working with people discovering who they are, including college students, people who are new to their careers, and those who are adjusting to a life transition at any age. I draw from psychodynamic theory, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy) to provide a customized approach for your needs.
