If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed by life's challenges, that ache in your body from stress or anxiety, you are not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, or relationship struggles. Others are navigating pregnancy, postpartum depression and anxiety, infertility, grief, or loss. Seeking therapy can feel daunting, which is why my goal is to offer a safe space where you can show up as you are. I work with women, new moms, and couples, supporting them towards healing, growth, and more secure relationships.
