Welcome! I am here to help you heal and grow in meaningful and lasting ways. My focus with clients is on healing past emotional wounds that are held in the body, as these are healed you can naturally find the ability to grow and change in the ways you've been wanting to. I work somatically (with body awareness). Perhaps you've tried talk therapy and found that it can only go so far.
