The team at Tessellate Child and Family Therapy and I are here to support all children ages 3 to 18 years old, their caregivers, and their families. I pride myself on developing playful, creative, and engaging strategies that are designed with each specific child in mind. All of my work with children and families starts from a trauma-informed lens to ensure I am creating a safe space for all who visit. I support children and families in learning new ways to understand and cope with a number of mental health and behavioural challenges in a holistic way.
