Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Maybe you’re exhausted from carrying anxiety that never fully quiets down. Maybe trauma, grief, or agoraphobia has slowly narrowed your world or left you feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or the people around you. Many of the clients I work with are insightful and self-aware, yet still find themselves stuck in painful emotional patterns they can’t simply “think” their way out of. I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating complex trauma, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. I bring a grounded, authentic, and deeply human presence to therapy.
