I love being able to do the work that I do. I feel so fortunate to be able to help people in meeting their goals and building skills for coping with various life stressors. I feel that I have strengths in quickly connecting and helping people to feel comfortable with therapy, which can be uncomfortable at first. I always adapt treatments for what individuals need, and never uses a "one size fits all" philosophy. Each person has specific strengths and needs.
