Anyone can lose hope from time to time. Life can be hard, complicated, and messy. I know firsthand how isolating it can feel when challenges seem overwhelming. Whether you are facing a small shift or a life-altering change, I believe hope is the foundation for healing. I am a Registered Social Worker, with years of experience providing counselling and psychotherapy for mental health, grief & loss, fertility, parenting, caregiver stress, burnout, chronic illness, and substance use. I understand the unique challenges faced by caregivers, helping professionals, and rural communities where mental health services may be harder to access.
