I believe healing begins when someone finally feels fully seen, not judged, minimized, or rushed past the parts of themselves they have kept hidden for far too long. Many of the people I work with have spent years being “the strong one,” intellectualizing their emotions, people-pleasing, or carrying trauma quietly while appearing capable on the outside. Therapy with me is a space where those survival strategies are met with compassion, curiosity, and honesty instead of shame.
