Hello, I specialize in mental health and addictions. I believe that true healing comes from a holistic approach that addresses the whole person- mind, body and soul. At the heart of my practice is a spiritual approach that helps individuals connect with their inner selves and tap into their deepest beliefs and values. By exploring the spiritual aspects of wellness, we can find a greater meaning and purpose in our lives, and experience a greater sense of joy and fulfillment. I do recognize that each person is unique and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to wellness so I am flexible in my approach.
