I'm proud of you for being here! I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I'm passionate about creating a welcoming environment for individuals, couples, and with children aged 6+. I address topics such as anxiety, depression, addiction behaviours, child behaviour and parenting, and individual adults experiencing relationship breakdowns. I also hold a certification in grief counselling. My priority is to provide a safe and open space for clients to be able to process emotions and concerns in a manner that is custom-built and comfortable for their needs.
