I am seeing clients in Picton and online and occasionally in Toronto. I graduated in 1996 from two schools whose training requires therapists to do their own work before treating others. My approach is relational psychotherapy and is a very effective method brought to Toronto in the 1970's. I am pleased to offer it in PEC beginning 2021. I have been working individually with adults and children for nearly 30 years in Toronto before relocating to Picton. I help clients with communicating their feelings in difficult relationships and with understanding themselves. Along with talking, I use art to help clients express themselves.
