As a solution-focused therapist, I want to understand what's not working, but I'm more interested in what is working in your life and what you want more of. We will collaborate closely, drawing on your strengths and resiliency. My approach is present-focused, engaging, knowledgeable, and humanistic. I bring warmth and humor into our sessions. In our first session together, I'll (most likely) ask what brought you into therapy and how I can best help you, using an approach that's direct, warm, & filled with curiosity to help you move forward.
