I work with adults and older teens who are who are tired of trying so hard to feel normal, feeling stuck or lost, or unsure which direction to take. I specialize in Neurodivergence; Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder (Asperger’s) and ADHD primarily, but am happy to work with anyone motivated to change their life. I like to work with those who feel like who they aren't good enough, like they’re different or broken, like they are "wrong". A lot of my clients are what we like to call "reluctant managers" and Engineers. I am trained in EMDR therapy for Trauma.
