Hi there! I’m a licensed therapist based in California, offering virtual sessions to help you navigate challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My journey into mental health was shaped by my own experiences growing up. As a child, I struggled with learning and often saw the world in black-and-white terms. Working with a school counselor taught me to organize my thoughts, and in doing so, I became curious about my own distorted thinking. By reframing those thoughts, I noticed that life felt more manageable. That experience sparked my passion for helping others find clarity in their own lives.
