Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, motivated, and deeply committed to doing things differently than how they were raised. They genuinely want to show up calmly and consistently for their those they love — but they still find themselves getting triggered, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they don’t like. I work with people who want to understand their patterns, emotional wounds, and nervous system responses that are driving their reactions. When we slow down and explore what’s happening underneath the surface, parenting becomes less about trying harder and more about responding from a grounded, regulated place.
