There are times in our life when it feels like nothing we do makes a difference. Problems become complicated through our struggles managing mood or anxiety or feelings of shame, or coping with grief and loss. Transitions related to life stages, conflict or loss of connection in significant relationships, or changes in mental well being, can be distressing and overwhelming. I work hard to build collaborative alliances with clients to co-construct different narratives about our relationship with problems, and develop alternative personal stories of strength, growth and recovery.
