Whether you’re seeking practical strategies or a reflective space to explore your experiences, I can offer a place to slow down, reconnect, and make sense of what is happening in your life. I bring extensive experience in both hospital and hospice settings where I worked with individuals and families through difficult moments in their lives. I have a particular clinical interest in supporting individuals through experiences of grief, loss, and major life transitions or illness recognizing these moments as opportunities for reflection, meaning-making, and transformation.
