Hi there. It’s easy to feel like you should have it all together—even when things feel heavy underneath. Many of the people I work with are carrying anxiety, trauma, burnout, or are stuck in addictive patterns involving a screen. There’s often pressure to keep going, even while something deeper is asking for attention. Therapy can be a space to pause, get honest, and reconnect with what actually matters. My role is to help you better understand yourself, work through what’s getting in the way, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. You don’t need to be in crisis or have the perfect words—just a willingness to start.
