Hi, my name is Galina and I work with adults who are experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, caregivers and parents feeling overwhelmed. I also work with those living with chronic stress, feelings of numbing, anxiety, or disconnection. My approach is relational, compassionate, and paced with care. I prioritize emotional safety and collaboration, helping clients explore stress patterns, emotional fatigue, and unmet needs in a way that feels manageable and respectful. I provide Telehealth services in British Columbia, Manitoba, and Ontario.
