Life situations and changes can be complicated and disruptive, and one of the most difficult steps can be reaching out for support. I look forward to utilizing effective therapeutic approaches while working together in creating a plan tailored to your individual needs. I work with adults and teens who are struggling with a broad range of concerns, such as addictions, anxiety, burnout, depression, grief and loss, relationships, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, stress & trauma. I am also available for general concerns to talk things out with.
