I have 30 years experience providing counselling to individuals and families engaging with a wide range of issues and concerns. I have experience with anxiety and depression, grief and loss, parenting and relationship issues, mid-life transitions such as menopause and career changes, trauma, and addictions. My counselling practice is firmly rooted in a feminist anti-racist anti-oppressive framework. I consider the impacts of the social determinants of health on mental well-being and my practice emphasizes client choice, self-determination, and harm reduction.
