Life is full of obstacles and challenges. Sometimes we feel stuck in how to move forward. In counselling, you and I can explore how to feel unstuck in order to move forward. I work with issues that stem from anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, self esteem, depression, imposter syndrome. We can work on goals that range from how to expand on your coping skills, to explore what is working, what isn't and reasons behind that. We can work on ways on how you can grow in your self awareness in order to live a richer and healthier life.
