I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. If anxiety has been taking over your thoughts, keeping you up at night, or making it hard to focus, you’re not alone. There is a way forward. I help teens, young adults, and older adults learn how to calm their minds, reduce constant worry, and feel more in control of their lives. Anxiety can feel exhausting: racing thoughts, tense body, a sense that something bad is about to happen. In our work together, you’ll find a safe space to slow down, feel heard, and discover practical tools that actually work in real life.
