Hi, I’m Dr. Fukiko Shibahara, a licensed clinical psychologist in California. My clients reach me to navigate childhood trauma, relationship and communication issues, and life transitions such as separation, pregnancy, parenting and job-related stress. You may act composed on the outside, yet feel depressed, afraid, overwhelmed, or trapped in a cycle that is not aligned with your values and wishes. If you worry about your or your child's ability to learn or perform optimally, or if mental health is interfering with your life, I am here to help. I offer a compassionate, collaborative one-on-one space for healing and personal growth.
