It may mean recovering from depression, overcoming anxiety and stress, healing and improving your relationships, learning to cope with difficult situations, or improving communication. It could also mean helping you enjoy life more, regardless of what is happening around you. I have been providing therapy to individual adults, teens, couples and families for many years. I work with a diverse range of emotional, behavioral & relationship issues, utilizing the most effective strategies.
