You may feel like you’ve tried everything to feel better, yet something still keeps you stuck. Many of the people I work with notice patterns in relationships, emotions, or behaviors that don’t make sense to them, even when they are trying hard to change. Often these patterns are connected to earlier experiences where safety, consistency, or emotional support were missing. My role is to help you slow down & understand how your past may still be shaping your present. Together, we explore how early relational experiences influence the way you relate to yourself, others, and the world around you.
