I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many children and teens feel overwhelmed by school, friendships, family dynamics, and pressure about the future. Parents often feel unsure how to support emotional needs while managing their own stress. I also support adults struggling with anxiety, unresolved childhood experiences, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns. Together, we build healthier coping skills, communication, confidence, and emotional understanding.
