Hi! I'm Faith, a certified addiction counsellor (CCAC) and addiction and recovery specialist. Many of my clients have a loved one who is experiencing addiction, or are on a journey to recovery themselves. Substance use and addiction happens on a broad spectrum, regardless of whether you or someone you know is in recovery, or taking a harm reduction approach. In my therapy office, we also know that addiction touches everything: marriage, family life, work, mental wellbeing, school, spirituality, and so on. It's not just about substance use, it's about so much more. We get to talk about those things in my therapy office, too.
