I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger, and grief for all ages. I help with emotional regulation using somatic tools and help process stored memories of unresolved trauma or childhood negative experiences. What is narrating your negative thoughts and coping behaviours? Why are your relationships so challenging or unsafe? I successfully counsel couples and help them move into a more conscious state of being with deeper awareness and self-compassion for healthier relationships and behaviours. My goal is to help each client build a capacity for living a more vibrant and balanced life that is self-directed with meaning.
