You've been carrying things that are hard to name - trauma that shaped you, anxiety that follows you, or emotional patterns that keep playing out no matter how hard you try to change them. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, and relationship stress - including clients whose backgrounds and identities haven't always been reflected in the care they've received. My clients are ready to understand their patterns and build something different. Sessions are via telehealth for adults 18+. Most major commercial insurance plans are accepted.
