I identify as a cis-gender, racialized Asian woman whose approach embraces a wholistic, reflective, equity-seeking, anti-oppressive/anti-racist decolonized lens. It's been an honour to be welcomed into many diverse communities through 20+ years in education, support and case management with racialized communities, gender diverse individuals, Indigenous peoples, people living with HIV/AIDS, newcomer populations, people who use substances, as well as sexual trauma survivors. The evolution of my practice includes a metaphysical component that acknowledges the interplay of mind/body/spirit
