This is a place to tell the truth about what is really going on inside, and to meet yourself honestly. I am not here to help you cope through life; I am here to help you truly live it. People usually come to therapy with me when something feels off in a way they can’t ignore anymore. Maybe life looks fine on the outside, but inside you feel lost, restless, or weighed down by things you have never said out loud. Our work centers on actually understanding your experience, not trying to run away from it with short-term coping skills. We slow things down and pay attention to what it is like to live your life from the inside out.
