I am a trauma therapist, certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). I have been in practice for 15 years and I will work with anyone in need of assistance however I generally work with Veterans, RCMP and Police. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for individuals suffering from panic, phobias, anxiety and depression. I am extremely approachable and I make clients feel at ease, because I know how much courage it takes to begin therapy and open yourself up to trusting a professional.
