Welcome! Life comes with many overwhelming challenges, stages and transitions, which leads folks towards the process in finding a good and experienced Therapist. I have been working in mental health and the social service sector for almost 30 years. My approach is person-centered, strength-based and wholistic, meeting those where they are at in life's journey. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health and challenges, from anxiety/depression, PTSD/ trauma, FASD, as well as relationship challenges, separation/divorce, and difficult life transitions.
