I specialize in trauma therapy using EMDR and work with older teens and adults who want to heal from past experiences and build more fulfilling lives. Together, we will explore and reprocess trauma, develop tools to stay present, and help you move toward the future you want. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and healing.
