Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Erika, and I am a Registered Counsellor (RPC-P) with a deep passion for supporting individuals on their mental health and healing journeys. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, allowing me to meet clients with empathy, authenticity, and understanding. I practice from a trauma-informed, eclectic approach, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to best support your unique needs. I believe that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered in your process.
