Society isn't set up with most people in mind, and navigating it when you aren't that minority is isolating and challenging. Therapy with me is a space for you to come as you are without judgment and with unconditional support. I am a Queer, integrative therapist and I work with teens, mothers, queer individuals, and other often-overlooked people who struggle with their identity and want a safe place to explore who they are, understand their emotions and patterns more deeply, and talk openly about the parts of life that can feel difficult, taboo, or lonely.
