Hi! I’m Erica, a registered social worker and therapist with over 10 years experience working with individuals and couples. You may be high functioning, but beneath the surface you may be carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt, anger, burnout, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning individuals, in their 30s and 40s who have spent years pushing through challenges on their own. Therapy is about having a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. I offer a warm, non-judgmental environment where we can explore what’s weighing on you.
