Eric brings over 14 years of experience as a firefighter in Ottawa to his work as a therapist. As a dad to two girls & a community volunteer coach, he understands what it means to show up in crisis, hold space for hard conversations, and keep things real. Eric's approach is curious, skilled, & direct. He trusts in people's ability to change while acknowledging that life can be chaotic and unpredictable. He knows we all have vulnerabilities that can overwhelm us, and that we all have resources and resilience, too. For Eric, the power of talk therapy happens when we summon the courage to be open and honest with ourselves.
