My ideal clients are individuals including children, adolescents, and adults who feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by past experiences, or stuck in cycles of anxiety and self-doubt. Often, they are navigating the heavy terrain of grief, managing the daily executive functioning challenges of ADHD, or carrying the invisible weight of trauma. They might feel like different "parts" of them are constantly at war, for instance, a part that desperately wants to move forward fighting with a part that feels paralyzed by fear. They come to therapy looking for a safe harbor to process pain.
