As a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience, I’ve supported individuals navigating a wide range of challenges. These include depression, bipolar disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, trauma (including survivors of domestic violence), social anxiety, difficulty expressing thoughts and feelings, anger management, and toxic or codependent relationships. I also work with clients who struggle with people-pleasing, setting healthy boundaries, low self-esteem, procrastination, difficulty concentrating, completing goals, and managing feelings of hopelessness or uncertainty.
