Doesn't life feel like a roller coaster sometimes? As a Registered Psychotherapist, my goal is to come alongside you in the highs and lows of life and to work with you to find tools that will help you reach your goals. I believe it is important to integrate all parts of who we are in therapy - mental, emotional, physical and spiritual - and bring an empathetic approach to meeting your needs. I have experience working with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress management, marriage and relationship counselling, self-esteem, life transitions and substance dependence.
