If you're looking for a genuine person to work with you as a teammate to meet your goals, that could be me! I do my best to create a safe, supportive space for my clients. I am passionate about showing up with a non-judgmental, compassionate and empathetic approach. While therapy can sometimes be uncomfortable, it can also be enlightening, healing, restorative and even fun! I think that humour can be a vital tool in the road to increased awareness or healing, so this is something I can bring into sessions if it fits for you as well.
